How SavvySnipper makes money

We want the monetization to be easy to understand and hard to mistake for a recommendation.

Short version: SavvySnipper may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase through an affiliate link. That does not change the price you pay.

How affiliate links work

Some retailers and affiliate networks compensate SavvySnipper for qualifying purchases after a visitor follows a tracked link. The site footer explains this relationship, and merchant-specific disclosures appear when required. Not every retailer link is monetized, and a retailer is not called an active partner until its program approval, destination validation, and tracking checks are complete.

What commissions do not change

Commission amount is excluded from Savvy Scores, Dupe Scores, organic rankings, comparisons, and Buy, Wait, or Pass recommendations. Those features are based on stated product, price, retailer, and data-quality inputs. A merchant may be listed because it has a better offer even if SavvySnipper does not earn a commission from it.

Sponsored placements

If SavvySnipper offers sponsored placements in the future, they will be clearly labeled as sponsored and kept visually and operationally separate from organic rankings and Savvy Scores.

Amazon Associates

If Amazon becomes an active retailer, SavvySnipper will display the program’s required language: “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.” Amazon will not be presented as active until its integration is approved and verified.

Retailer terms still apply

Retailers and affiliate networks control their own prices, stock, shipping, returns, warranties, tracking, and privacy practices. Confirm the final product, seller, condition, and checkout terms directly with the retailer.
