When a product, retailer, price, or editorial claim is wrong or outdated, we correct it clearly.
Our correction process
We review reported issues against the original source, correct or remove inaccurate material, and update the article or offer timestamp when the change materially affects a shopping decision.
Price and availability changes
Retailer prices and stock change quickly. Offers that cannot be freshly verified are paused rather than left active. A price can be accurate when observed and still change before a shopper reaches a retailer.
How to report an issue
Use the contact address listed on the site with the page URL, product or retailer name, and a short description of the issue. We do not remove accurate editorial judgments solely because a merchant disagrees with them.
